Game Development Module

With Scratch or Snap!, you can program your own interactive stories, games, and animations while sharing your creations with others in the online community. Scratch helps young people learn to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively. These are all essential skills for life in the 21st century. Scratch is designed, developed, and moderated by the Scratch Foundation, a nonprofit organization. This module contains lessons plans, handouts, slide decks and assets in order to build the first commercially available video game, Pong. The Module ends with a performance task to have students release an updated version of Pong with additional features to the game.

This module is about 10-15 days of content.
